Kitty has over 15 years' experience working within the cultural sector programming and producing large-scale participatory events and festivals as well as smaller-scale installations.

Previous roles include Managing Director at Pentabus Rural Theatre Company, Creative Producer of Empathy Museum, Producer of the GESF Opening Ceremony in UAE, Event Director for the Diamond Jubilee Festival in Battersea Park and Programme Director for the Mayor's Thames Festival on London's South Bank.
