The policies and procedures set out in this document form part of the terms and conditions of your contract of employment or services with us.  We may vary these policies and procedures from time to time and will notify you of any such variations.  Please note your failure to comply with these policies and procedures may result in disciplinary action by us including, without limitation, warnings, reprimands, temporary suspensions, probation or termination of your contract of employment or services.
