Karey Parsons, Head of Communications and Engagement

Karey's role at Dancefest includes marketing, communications, audience development, engagement and digital.

Karey studied Drama and English at the University of Worcester, and initially worked in the arts leading theatre workshops with children and adults of all ages, and as part of Other Voices Theatre Company, a company of actors with learning disabilities.

She worked as a tour booker with UK Arts International, booking small to mid scale tours of theatre and dance throughout the UK, and as a freelance Arts Administrator, providing administration, tourbooking and marketing for organisations including Chitraleka Dance Company, Worcester Arts Workshop and Artworcs.

Karey usually works Monday - Thursday.
