The workshop will cover some of the basic theory behind The Egoscue Method, which aims at restoring functional alignment (posture) in order to reduce aches and pain and optimise movement.
Understanding your posture (and where it all goes wrong) is so important in understanding your pain and limitations.
After about 45 minutes of theory, we will go through 45 minutes of functional movements. Even though the movements are gentle, because they are executed so precisely so as to activate lazy muscles without letting compensation to occur, you will be amazed at how much you feel the burn!
