Pilates is a valuable training tool for dancers as it develops core strength, technique and connection with the body. 

It is also useful for injury prevention and recovery. Strong, lean muscles, flexibility and endurance are developed over time, and in this introductory session you will discover exercises and techniques to take forward into your own daily practice.

Please bring a mat with you.
