Animal Flow is a movement based, body weight training programme, drawing elements from many areas including yoga, gymnastics, bodyweight and martial arts. Animal flow can increase and improve mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance and neuromuscular development. Moves can be adapted to suit all abilities.
Be ProHuman will be coaching you through some of the foundational moves and giving you an opportunity to explore the different movement structures Animal flow can offer, and most importantly to have fun.
Please wear normal work out clothing that you can move easily in. Ideally you will be barefoot for the session - but you can wear socks/indoor trainers if you prefer. There will be a few breaks in that time so bring some water/a drink with you
