Dancefest's inclusive dance company for disabled and non-disabled dancers, Jigsaw Performance Company is open to anyone 16+ who enjoys being creative, loves performing and being part of an inclusive team.
This term they'll be working with Rural Media to create a short dance film.
Julie Colman from Rural Media says: "We are delighted to be working alongside the talented performers from Dancefest’s Jigsaw Performance Company on an exciting new digital arts project through our Artist Film Training programme which will see them develop their live dance piece “Futuristic” into a fabulous short dance for screen which we aim to include as part of Borderlines Film festival in March 2019."
This class is led by Michele Holder, Dancefest Dance Development Team Leader for Access and Inclusion.
