Worcestershire Dancing

Dancefest presents Worcestershire Dancing, celebrating the excellence of dance taking place in education across the county. 

Schools and colleges from primary to further education were invited to apply and the work selected has been chosen to represent quality, creativity and progression.

Taking part this year are Worcester Sixth Form College, Baxter College, Nunnery Wood High School, Bishop Perowne CE College, Pitmaston Primary School,  Bayton CE Primary School, Claines CE Primary School, Wyre Forest School and Lyppard Grange Primary School.

Worcestershire Dancing is the culmination of a year that included eleven Dancefest in Education festivals, with over 1,000 children and young people taking part.

Worcestershire Dancing aims to build on the work done in these festivals by providing the chance to perform in a professional theatre to a public audience.
