Chance to Dance (55+) with Elizabeth Crosswell, 10-11am, Mondays 4 Jan-8 Feb

Relaxed, fun and upbeat classes for men and women of all abilities. Exercises to improve balance, co-ordination and posture with fun and easy to follow dance routines that touch on different dance styles. Run on behalf of Wyre Forest District Council. £24 for 6 weeks

Creative Chance to Dance (55+) with Elizabeth Crosswell, 11.15am-12.15pm, Mondays 4 Jan-8 Feb

A structured, creative dance class for both men and women, which includes taught phrases as well as choreography created by the group. Run on behalf of Wyre Forest District Council. £24 for 6 weeks

The Jestar - Street Dance

The Jestar is moving to Mondays! - join him for this fun and creative Street Dance class on Zoom - and learn all about popping, waving and speed control! Supported by Worcester Municipal Charities. £6 for 6 weeks

Fun, structured dance sessions incorporating contemporary technique, choreography and creating new dance routines. £25 for 5 weeks

Contemporary Technique (18+) with Clare Wood7-8pm, Tuesdays 5 Jan-9 Feb

The basics of contemporary technique, using energetic and dynamic sequences to develop flexibility, strength and dance skills. £30 for 6 weeks

Gentle Chance to Dance seated (55+) with Marie Oldaker, 12pm-12.45pm, Wednesdays 6 Jan-10 Feb

A dance class for anyone living with a disability or long term health condition, or who would prefer a gentler approach to keeping healthy. Run in partnership with The Swan Theatre. £24 for 6 weeks

Amie Morgan

Dance Club (6-11) with Amie Morgan, 4.15-5pm, Wednesdays 6 Jan-10 Feb

Creative classes combining different dance styles, including contemporary and street. Developing children’s dance skills using movement games, taught phrases and imagination. Supported by Worcester Municipal Charities. £6 for 6 weeks

Exercises and sequences that fuse contemporary technique and creative work, and develop choreographic and performance skills. £30 for 6 weeks (£6 concessions for children who receive free school meals)

An enjoyable dance class that increases flexibility and strength and improves balance. It uses a whole range of music from the past and present and is a social way to take gentle exercise while having fun. Run on behalf of Wyre Forest District Council. £24 for 6 weeks

Youth Dance Companies (11-18) Gifted and Talented, Reach & Accelerate with Clare Wood, 4.30-5.30pm, Thursdays 7 Jan-18 Feb (no class 4 Feb, 6 weeks) 

A class for members of our youth dance companies until we audition for new members later this spring. The class develops creative and technical dance skills, alongside building confidence and self esteem, team work, thinking and appreciation. £30 for 6 weeks

Fun and upbeat dance and fitness classes for people of all abilities. Exercises to improve balance, co-ordination and posture as well as dance routines which touch on different dance styles. £30 for 6 weeks
 

Sundays

Chance to Dance Company (50+) with Marie Oldaker, 10am-12 noon, Sundays 17, 31 Jan, 14 Feb

A performance company for experienced dancers aged 50 and over, who like to create new work and perform, often in site-specific, outdoor spaces. £30 for 3 sessions
