What to wear and bring

We recommend that they wear comfortable clothes, tie their hair up if it's long, and remove jewellery.Tracksuit bottoms or leggings and a t-shirt are ideal for most classes and dancers usually dance in bare feet (school uniform, dresses, skirts and tights are not suitable to dance in).

We'd also recommend bringing a drink.
