Chance to Dance (55+) with Elizabeth Crosswell, 10-11am, Monday 9, 16, 23, 30 November, 7, 14 December

Relaxed, fun and upbeat classes for men and women of all abilities. Exercises to improve balance, co-ordination and posture with fun and easy to follow dance routines that touch on different dance styles. Run on behalf of Wyre Forest District Council. £24 for 6 weeks

Creative Chance to Dance (55+) with Elizabeth Crosswell, 11.15am-12.15pm, Monday 9, 16, 23, 30 November, 7, 14 December

A structured, creative dance class for both men and women, which includes taught phrases as well as choreography created by the group. Run on behalf of Wyre Forest District Council. £24 for 6 weeks

The basics of contemporary technique, using energetic and dynamic sequences to develop flexibility, strength and dance skills. £30 for 6 weeks

Wednesdays

Gentle Chance to Dance seated (55+) with Marie Oldaker, 12pm-12.45pm, Wednesday 11, 18, 25 November, 2, 9, 16 December

A dance class for anyone living with a disability or long term health condition, or who would prefer a gentler approach to keeping healthy. Run in partnership with The Swan Theatre. £24 for 6 weeks

Dance Club (6-11) with The Jestar, 4-5pm, Wednesday 11, 18, 25 November, 2, 9, 16 December

A fun and creative dance class with some street moves - popping, waving and speed control! We're looking forward to seeing children from our classes at Worcester Community Trust Hubs - Dines Green, Ronkswood, Tolladine, Warndon, Horizon Hub - and Worcester Dancemakers Juniors - and anyone else who'd like to join! Supported by Worcester Municipal Charities. £6 for 6 weeks

Chance to Dance (55+) with Beth Andrews, 10.15-11.15am, Thursdays 12, 19, 26 November, 3, 10, 17 December

An enjoyable dance class that increases flexibility and strength and improves balance. It uses a whole range of music from the past and present and is a social way to take gentle exercise while having fun. Run on behalf of Wyre Forest District Council. £24 for 6 weeks

Gifted and Talented (7-12) with Clare Wood, 4.30-5.30pm, Thursdays 12, 19, 26 November, 3, 10, 17 December

A class for children who are already dancing but want to do more. The class will develop creative and technical dance skills, alongside building self confidence and self esteem. £30 for 6 weeks

Dancefest Fit (adults) with Beth Andrews, 6.15-7.15pm, Thursdays 12, 19, 26 November, 3, 10, 17 December, live on Zoom

Fun and upbeat dance and fitness classes for people of all abilities. Exercises to improve balance, co-ordination and posture as well as dance routines which touch on different dance styles. £30 for 6 weeks
 

Sundays

Chance to Dance Company (50+) with Elizabeth Crosswell, 10am-12 noon, Sunday 15, 29 Nov, 13 Dec

A performance company for experienced dancers aged 50 and over, who like to create new work and perform, often in site-specific, outdoor spaces. £30 for 3 sessions
