Our Autumn term starts 19 September

We're putting the final touches to our autumn term of classes and workshops, which starts on 19 September. Join our mailing list if you'd like information or get in touch if you'd like us to post you a brochure, which will be sent out in August.

Our work is about joining in – we run over 30 weekly classes across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, have three youth companies, lead projects in schools, colleges and universities as well as in community settings

Dancefest exists to enable anyone to experience the joy of dance. In our eyes everyone is a dancer, regardless of age, ability or experience.

Performance

Vista

Dancefest worked in partnership with the National Trust at Croome to produce Vista last weekend, a community dance performance that brought to life the landscape created by 'Capability' Brown, involving dancers of all ages.

Vista from Dancefest on Vimeo.

This film was created as part of an intensive three-day project for creative, experienced dancers, inspired by Croome's Panorama Tower.

Case studies - who takes part in Dancefest's classes and projects?

Helen Stallard, the Chair of Dancefest’s board and a Communications Consultant, has been talking to people who come (or used to come) to our classes, to celebrate their achievements and also help other people see how they can get involved with Dancefest.

You can read their stories here.

If you'd like to join our mailing list, we'll send you eflyers with information on dance events in the region, including special ticket offers.
